| Tuvimos la oportunidad de quedarnos varios días en este Hotel y definitivamente lo recomendaríamos. Las habitaciones son amplias, comodas y el personal muy educado y agradable!! |

| Me hospedé durante 3 días en Diciembre y notamos que es un hotel antiguo que lo remodelaron hace ya unos años y necesita una arregladita de nuevo. Sin embargo nos pareció cómodo, el servicio de primera, toda la gente amable y serviciales. Se encuentra en una avenida que te conecta rápidamente con otros sitios de la ciudad pero moviendote en coche o en taxi por que no es un hotel para visitar sitios walking distance. tienen una alberca y gimnasio con una vista hermosa! |

| The hotel has one restaurant which is fairyl priced but you better have a lot of time to spend. Also most of the waiters do not speak english. The other problem is that there is no where else to get a breakfast pastry and coffee. You have to eat in the restaurant. There are no "snak shops". I asked at 10 at night where I can buy a bottle of water they said "ROOM SERVICE" |

| El hotel está muy bonito en su lobby, restaurante y piscina. Las habitaciones necesitan quizá una remodelación para modernizar. El servicio en general es bueno. |

| I was shocked when I visited the Ambassador lounge one evening because I thought that it was a complimentary service for their most valued level of guest [...afterall you must pay for the membership], but they hit me with a US$15 bill for 2 tiny appetizers and one glass of red wine [...plus the bits of food were extremely dry!!]. I recommend that you go out to eat. |

| As has happened before, the Reception clerk gave us the third degree when she saw we had booked through this great website....Guess they consider a guest lesser if they don't book dircectly with them...The hotel is pretty OK otherwise. |

| This Hotel is not what it seems like at all. the service is awful, the room we stay in and the hallways had a bad humid smell. there was not toilet tissue in the bathroom and we have to wait a few hours to get one roll, after we requested it twice. they don't change towels unless requested. This hotel should Not be a four Star. |

| We stayed there after staying at a Gran Bahia resort in Semana Bay to catch our flight. It was decent the restaurant is over priced and the room was decent for the money. |
